I spoke with my OBGYN about hormone replacement therapy- I had booked the appointment months before taking these supplements. It is nice to have these in a pill instead of drinking. Good quality! Could tell after a few days a difference. The only difference I didn't like was weight gain. So it depends on your body and which hormones are having issues. If you can lose or gain.

I am totally impressed with this product! It is working better than my actual prescription hormone replacement therapy. I had been on since that since the age of 35, and I'm now 54! On 06/18, I told my doctor, and she's happy with my decision to stop taking the prescription! I'm honestly feeling great, and I have a bit more energy. I purchased 2 bags of 192 pills.
